ORDER

This criminal revision case has been filed against the judgment of convicting made by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No.III, Coimbatore, dated 28.03.2012 in Criminal Appeal No.278 of 2011 modifying the judgment made by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.8, Coimbatore, dated 29.11.2011 in C.C.No.209 of 2007.

The revision petitioner is a sole accused in this case and it is stated that during pendency of this revision he died in the year 2014. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police has also produced a copy of the death certificate of the revision petitioner.
