PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to pass orders on the enquiry conducted by him on 04.07.2022, 05.09.2022 and 13.09.2022 vide Na.Ka.No.316/A2/2022 dated 20.06.2022, 27.08.2022 & 07.09.2022.

The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to pass orders on the enquiry conducted by him on 04.07.2022, 05.09.2022 and 13.09.2022 vide Na.Ka.No.316/A2/2022 dated 20.06.2022, 27.08.2022 & 07.09.2022.
2. In respect of Document No.4203/2008 and 1976/2012 on the file of the Sub Registrar Office, Gummidipoondi, Thiruvallur District, the petitioner had given a complaint cum representation to enquire the matter and declare the said documents as fraudulent documents within the meaning of Section 77-A of the Registration Act. 2/5
3. Pursuant to which, having entertained the said complaint enquiry was conducted by the 3rd respondent on three dates on 04.07.2022, 05.09.2022 and 13.09.2022, despite that so far no final orders have been passed, therefore the petitioner has moved the present writ petition.
4. Heard Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader for the official respondents. In view of the order going to be passed in this writ petition, notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.
5. The learned Special Government Pleader for the official respondents would submit that, the 3rd respondent if completed the enquiry would pass necessary orders within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
6. Considering the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the official respondents, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following orders: 3/5
There shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to pass orders on the complaint given by the petitioner if the enquiry is already completed otherwise to complete the enquiry by giving opportunity to both the petitioner as well as the private respondents and thereafter pass orders on such complaint within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
