O R D E R

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. O.P. No.454 of 2025 dated 09.01.2025 that the petitioner shall stay at Ranipet and report before the Inspector of Police, Arcot Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that the condition can be modified to the effect that the petitioner should appear before the respondent police once in a week.

4. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. O.P. No.454 of 2025 dated 09.01.2025 that the petitioner shall stay at Ranipet and report 2/4

before the Inspector of Police, Arcot Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that the 'petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Arcot Police Station once in a week i.e., on every monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders'. 17.02.2025 ay To 1.The Public Prosecutor, High Court of Madras, Chennai.
