ORDER

The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.12.2022 and to survey the petitioner's vacant plot bearing No.67, lay 1/4

out named Sun city, measuring an extent of 1800 sq.ft comprised in present survey No.590/24 in No.74, Kundrathur Village within a time limit fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner in order to survey the land situated at Kundrathur Village, Chennai at Survey No.590/24, has given an application on 01.12.2022 and also paid the necessary fee to that effect and in order to consider the said application and to do the needful, he has moved the present writ petition.

3. Heard Mr.Adarsh Subramanian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

4. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the said application of the petitioner would be considered and the needful would be undertaken by completing the survey of the land in question within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

Considering the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, there shall be a direction to the respondent Tahsildar to do the needful on the petitioner's application dated 01.12.2022 and complete the survey within a period of six(6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
