PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 06.30 for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29460 of 2024 dated 26.11.2024. ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 06.30 for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29460 of 2024 dated 26.11.2024.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in paragraph 4(b) on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29460 of 2024 dated 26.11.2024 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
