ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the 4th respondent order in C No.A1/14871/11 dated 19.09.2011 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to take into consideration the entire service rendered by the petitioner as a Police Constable from 01.04.1987 to till date for the purpose of upgrading him as a Special Sub-Inspector of Police and upgrade him as Special Sub-Inspector of Police w.e.f. 01.04.2006 and grant him all consequential service and monetary benefits.
2. Heard Mr.M.Muthappan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Neethi Perumal, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the lis raised in this Writ Petition is already covered by a Full Bench Judgment of this Court in the case of The State of Tamil Nadu & Others Vs C.Srinivasan in W.A.Nos.3748 of 2019 and etc., batch, dated 04.02.2022.
4. A perusal of the aforesaid Full Bench Judgment would clearly indicate that the petitioner would not be entitled for the relief that is sought for in this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
