O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.561 of 2017 on the file of Inspector of Police, Thiruporur Police Station/2nd respondent to CBCID, Kancheepuram. 2.It is seen that the petitioner's husband was murdered on 01.12.2017 at Thiruporur Roundana near Venkateswara Furniture Shop. The 2nd respondent police registered a case in Crime No.561 of 2017. According to the petitioner, the main accused person in this murder case is one Senthil @ Sambo Senthil. She had given repeated requests with regard to this and requested to complete the investigation. Since, no action have been taken by the 2nd respondent Police, the petitioner has filed the present petition with the aforesaid prayer.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, investigation has been conducted and the 2nd respondent Police have also filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chengalpattu and the same is pending for committal in P.R.C.No.15 of 2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for by the petitioner to transfer the investigation to some other investigating agency cannot be considered now.
