50, Abraham Street, Mylapore, Chennai-600 004, more fully described in the schedule 'B' hereunder; (ii) grant Judgement and Decree for permanent Injunction as against the defendant his men, agents, servants or any one acting on behalf of him with respect to plaint 'B' Schedule property restraining him from disturbing the possession and enjoyment of the plaintiff and not to alienate or encumber in any manner plaintiff's share in the 'B' Schedule property bearing NewD.No.

(iii) grant Judgement and Decree for Permanent injunction as against the defendant his men and agents etc. with respect of 'A' Schedule property restraining him from alienating or encumbering the same in any manner, pending disposal of th suit for partition; Dr.ANITA SUMANTH,J.

mrn (iv) grant decree for cost of the suit proceedings directing the defendant to pay the same to the plaintiff;

JUDGMENT

A Memo of Compromise dated 23.08.2018 has been circulated, duly executed by the power agent of the plaintiff as well as the defendants along with their counsel to the effect that the dispute between the parties stands settled. The parties are also present in Court today.

2. In the light of the above, the suit is decreed in terms of the Memo of Compromise dated 23.08.2018, which is made part and parcel of this judgment. No costs. 29.10.2018 mrn Note:

The original memo of compromise stated to have been filed before the Registry under Diary No.30022 of 2017 on 28.08.2017 to be traced and placed on file.
