The present Writ Petition Criminal has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent police to provide police protection to the 3rd respondent for measuring the petitioner's land situated at 74A, Vengambakkam Village, Thirukazhukundram Taluk, Chengalpattu District, based on the representation given by the petitioner dated 13.01.2026. 2.
When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that the petitioner has requested to give police protection for measuring her property. If the 3rd respondent fixes a date for survey and requests for police protection, it will be accorded by the 1st respondent. 3.
Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Writ Petition Criminal is disposed of. No costs.
