(CRIME NO.933/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time limit for a period of two 2 months for the petitioners appearance before the learned Magistrate court, Ulundurpet to execute the bond as directed by this Honble court vide order dated 20.01.2022 in crl.OP.No.1024 of 2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.SUBHASREE, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.L.BASKARAN,Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 20.01.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.1024 of 2022 to appear before the Magistrate Court, Ulundurpet and execute the bond.
