Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has come out with the present Writ Petition for issuance of Community Certificate to his son and subsequently, the petitioner died and hence, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition by the son of the petitioner and made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Recording the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is 2/4

dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition by the son of the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
