This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. O.P. No.30411 of 2024 dated 17.12.2024 that the petitioner shall stay at Villupuram and report before the Inspector of Police, Villupuram Town Police Station everyday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that the condition can be modified to the effect that the petitioner should appear before the respondent police once in a week.

4. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of 2/4

offences, the condition imposed on the petitioner to stay at Villupuram and report before the Inspector of Police, Villupuram Town Police Station everyday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that the 'petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders'. 17.02.2025 ay To 1.The Public Prosecutor, High Court of Madras, Chennai.
