The writ petition is filed to quash the order passed by the first respondent in PW.1/05, dated December 2005.
2. The writ petitioner was appointed as a Advocate Commissioner by this Court in order dated 01.11.1999 passed in W.M.P.Nos.17926 & 22527 of 1999 in W.P.No.12544 of 1999.
3. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that now the project is not being maintained by the Advocate Commissioner and no further actions were also initiated in this regard.

4. In view of the fact that the purpose of appointment of the Advocate Commissioner became vanished, on account of nonexistence of the maintanence work, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.
