ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent Union for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.16797 of 2012 dated 23.07.2012.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent has filed an affidavit in W.P.No.16797 of 2022 which is stated as follows:

"I respectfully and earnestly state neither I nor my Union members have violated any undertaking given before this Court and hereby give a further undertaking that we will continue to pursue our remedies through the judicial process and no untoward activities will be restored to by the Union or its members."

In view of the affidavit filed by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent nothing would survives for further adjudication.
