This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para no. 4(c) the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police every day at Page No.1 of 4

10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed in Crl.O.P.No.932 of 2025 dated 10.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(c) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.932 of 2025 dated 10.01.2025 is relaxed.
