J., This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that this Court, by an order dated 07.02.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.3081 of 2025, has granted bail to the petitioners. He further submitted that in the said order, in paragraph 1, a mistake has been crept in crime number viz., instead of Crime No.618 of 2024, it has been mentioned as Crime No.56 of 2025 and in Sections viz., instead of Sections 304(2) and 115(2) of BNS, 2023 (U/s.382 and 323 of I.P.C), it has been mentioned as Sections 304(2) and 323 of BNS, and the same requires to be rectified. Thus he prayed for suitable directions.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, Registry is directed to carryout the necessary corrections and issue order copy afresh in the order dated 07.02.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.3081 of 2025, and the paragraph 1 of the order reads as follows, "This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner/accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.12.2024, seeking bail in Crime No.618 of 2024 registered for the offences under Sections 304(2) and 115(2) of BNS, 2023 (U/s.382 and 323 of I.P.C)"
