ORDER

Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the trial has been commenced and the prosecution had examined all the witnesses and the prosecution side evidence was closed. The matter was also posted for questioning under Section 313(1)(b) of Cr.P.C.

2. Since the matter is posted for questioning under Section 313(1)(b) of Cr.P.C., the present Criminal Original Petition cannot be entertained. However, the trial Court is directed to complete the trial, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
