This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue proper renewal licence, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 26/5/2015.

2. Heard Mr.K.Dhananjayan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.G.T.Subramanian, learned counsel for the respondents.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the licence was issued in the year 2015 itself, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
