This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court, by an order dated 07.02.2025, has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.3028 of 2025. However in the order copy, the Satisfaction Court has been wrongly mentioned has Judicial Magistrate, Omalur, Salem District instead of Judicial Magistrate No.II, Salem and the same requires to be rectified. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction and issue order copy afresh. Further, two weeks time is extended to the petitioners to comply with the conditions.
