(a) to set aside the Decree dated 27.07.2000 made in C.S.No.180 of 1998, by this Hon'ble Court;

(b) Declare that the sale deed dated 19.11.2003 registered as Document No.3209 of 2003, SRO, Thiruporur is not valid and binding;

(c) Declare that the sale deed dated 11.03.2009 registered as Document No.2427 of 2009 and sale deeds dated 29.05.2009 registered as Document Nos.2431 of 2009, 2433 of 2009 and 2434 of 2009 are not valid and binding; (d) Declare that the First Plaintiff is the absolute owner of Schedule "A" Property and the plaintiffs are jointly the absolute owners of Schedule "B" schedule Property;

(e) Grant a Permanent injunction restraining the Defendants their men, agents, persons claiming through them or their assigns from in any manner alienating or encumbering the suit properties;

(f) Grant a Permanent injunction restraining the Defendants their men, agents, persons claiming through them or their assigns from in any manner disturbing the plaintiffs possession of the suit properties; (g) Directing the defendants to pay the costs of the suit For Plaintiffs : Mr.K.Harishankar

Learned counsel for the Plaintiffs wants to withdraw this Suit and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the plaint / Court bundle.

2. Recording the said submission and the endorsement made in the Court bundle, this Civil Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected Application is also closed.
