This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the willful disobedience of the orders of this Court passed in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4

Cont.P.No.293 of 2021 Crl.OP.No.13695 of 2017 dated 21.03.2019 thereby directed the respondent to complete investigation in Cr.No.312 of 2011 and file final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of that order. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that during the investigation in Cr.No.312 of 2011, the petitioner and the accused are being the brothers have settled the issue amicably between themselves. Recording the same, the FIR in Cr.No.312 of 2011 was closed. 3.

Recording the above submission, this contempt petition is closed.
