O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful, deliberate and intentional disobedience and non-compliance of the order and directions of this Court dated 27.03.2019 in W.M.P.No.7265 of 2019 in W.P.No.6683 of 2018.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted a copy of the letter dated 05.12.2021, before this Court. The contents of the letter show that the order passed by this Court dated 27.03.2019 in W.M.P.No.7265 of 2019 in W.P.No.6683 of 2018, has been complied with.

3. In view of the same, the contempt petition cannot be kept pending any further. Therefore, this contempt petition stands closed. Consequently, connected sub application is also closed.
