This petition has been filed to withdraw the case on the file of the II Additional Family Court at Chennai in M.C.No.572 of 2021 and transfer the same to the Family Court at Dindigul.

2. When this Court is about to dismiss this petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought indulgence of this Court to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court since the petitioner has undergone two major surgery in his stomach.

3. In the light of the submissions of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the presence of the petitioner before the Trial Court shall be dispensed with except for any date that may be fixed by the trial Court for his personal appearance and at the time of passing judgment.

4. This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed accordingly. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
