ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the second respondent to revise the Seniority List based on the date of application dated 13.02.2006 of the petitioner and further directing the second respondent to appoint the petitioner in the suitable post on compassionate ground in the fourth respondent office accordingly.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner got employment and subsequently, he died.
