This petition is filed to condone the delay of 47 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Mrs.Ramya V.Rao, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the 1st respondent has no objection in ordering this petition.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent.

4.Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 47 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
