Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in connection with the order of punishment passed by the Third Respondent vide Na.Ka.No.A4/54120/2021 dated 05.01.2022 and quash the same and consequently directing the Third Respondent to appoint the Petitioner to the post of Grade-II Police Constable/Jail Warden or Fireman in recruitment Notification No.01/2020 dated 17.09.2020 issued by the First Respondent.

O R D E R

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the nature of grievance ventilated in the Writ Petition is actually in connection with recruitment, but it has been erroneously referred to as punishment and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition with proper details. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
