ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for direction directing the second respondent to give necessary police protection for the petitioner for his life and limbs by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.01.2025 within the period stipulated by this Honourable Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent in respect of tenancy. The petitioner is the owner of the building and rented out in favour of the third respondent. Therefore, there is absolutely nothing warrants to provide any police protection to the petitioner. If there is any crime committed by the third respondent, the second respondent is directed to take appropriate action as against the third respondent in accordance with law.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
