ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for a direction to the respondent police to register a case on the basis of her complaint dated 05/05/2015, investigate the same and file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It appears that the petitioner's daughter-in-law, who was estranged from her husband, entered into her in-law's house and was squatting. In an allegation of this nature, it will not be correct for this Court to give a direction to the respondent police to register the FIR. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedies in the manner known to law before the Family Court.
