Mr.S.R.Rajagopal, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 on instructions would submit that in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.67, Public Works (Y2) Department, dated 23.02.2021, the respondents have made a payment of Rs.32,80,16,306/- which is in terms of interim arbitral award dated 11.02.2017 passed in favour of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner also accepts for the same.

3. After recording the rival submissions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
