(Heard through Video Conferencing) This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for his willful and intentional disobedience to the order passed in W.P.No.748 of 2008 dated 05.01.2012.

2. Heard both sides.

3. It is represented that delay in filing the writ appeal has been condoned and the writ appeal has been admitted and the same is pending in W.A.No.509 of 2014. In view of the same, the contempt petition may be closed.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. It is open to the parties to agitate the matter after the disposal of the writ appeal.
