ORDER
The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for a direction to the respondent police to register a case on the basis of her complaint dated 13/05/2015 and take appropriate action against the offender according to law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.
3. The allegation made in the complaint launched by the petitioner is that the counter petitioner, who is her husband, had married another woman during the pendency of the Divorce https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
proceedings. Since the allegations are relating to non-cognizable offence, positive direction cannot be issued to the respondent police to register the FIR. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedies in the manner known to law.
