Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd and 4th respondent to survey the Petitioner property comprised in New Natham Survey No.220/ 1/ 9 situated at Somavarapatti Village Udumalpet Taluk Tiruppur District within stipulated time fixed by this Honourable court by considering her representation dated 28.12.2022.

O R D E R

The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd and 4th respondent to survey the Petitioner property comprised in New Natham Survey No.220/ 1/ 9 situated at Somavarapatti Village, Udumalpet Taluk, Tiruppur District within stipulated time fixed by this Honourable court by considering her representation dated 28.12.2022.

2. In respect of the land situated in Survey No.220/1/9, Somavarapatti Village, Udumalpet Taluk, Tiruppur District, the petitioner had given an application-cum-representation dated 28.12.2022 to survey the land and identify the four boundaries. She has paid the necessary fee also. Therefore, in order to consider the same the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, who would submit that, the application submitted by the petitioner would be considered and needful would be undertaken by the 3rd respondent within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

4. Considering the said submission, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order.

That there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the representation-cum-application dated 28.12.2022 submitted by the petitioner and do the needful to complete the survey of the land belongs to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
