Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st and 2nd
respondents to take action for the representation letter given by the petitioner dated 07.11.2023 and to give the ex-gratia compensation amount of Rs.15,00,000/- as announced in G.O.(Ms) No.303 dated 09.05.2019 by the public (Election III) within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) The petitioner seeks a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to take action on his representation dated 07.11.2023 seeking exgratia compensation amount of Rs.15,00,000/- as per G.O.(Ms) No.303 dated 09.05.2019 by the public (Election III).
2. Learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 4 submits that
the representation of the petitioner is pending on the file of the fourth respondent and orders will be passed on the same after due consideration.
3. In view of the above, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.11.2023 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall submit any particular, if required by the fourth respondent, within one week.
4. The writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
