The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the respondents to conclude and pass final orders on the disciplinary proceedings initiated against him. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during the pendancy of this writ petition, the disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner was concluded and hence nothing survives for adjudication.
