ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the revision petition/representation made by the petitioner on 23.02.2022 and to pass orders within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.The case of the petitioner is that he joined the services of the respondent Corporation in the year 2003. A charge memo came to be issued by the third respondent to the petitioner and two others in the year 2012. An Enquiry Officer was appointed and a report was also submitted by the Enquiry Officer.

3.The petitioner was dismissed from service on 30.09.2013 and he filed an appeal against the order of dismissal before the second respondent. The second respondent passed an order on 27.01.2022 Page No.2 of 4

confirming the order of dismissal. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed a revision petition/representation before the first respondent on 23.02.2022. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions. 4.Heard Mr.S.Ayyathurai, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents. 5.Taking into consideration the limited relief sought for in this writ petition and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petition/representation made by the petitioner on 23.02.2022 and deal with the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass final orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the first respondent along with all the relevant documents and also a copy of this order. Page No.3 of 4
