Respondent/Complainant PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 439(1)(b) of Code of Criminal Procedure, for relaxation of the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.983 of 2015, dated 04.03.2015 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore in respect of the condition requiring the petitioner to appear and sign before the respondent police once in a month, i.e., every first day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

O R D E R

Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore in Crl.M.P.No.983 of 2015, dt.04.03.2015, in respect of the condition requiring the petitioner to appear and sign before the respondent police once in a month, i.e., every first day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore by an order dated 04.03.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.983 of 2015, modified the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner should report before the respondent police once in a month, i.e., on every first day at 10.30 a.m. Now, the present petition has been filed to modify the above said condition. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition for the past three months and hence he sought for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Considering the above submissions, condition imposed on the petitioner in the order of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore in Crl.M.P.No.983 of 2015, dated 04.03.2015, is totally relaxed.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
