Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.12.2021 seeking inclusion of the name of petitioner's daughter as J.Nanaksha in her birth certificate No.B-2018:33-16243-000953 issued by the respondent-3 For petitioner : Mr.P.A. ORDER
The relief sought for in this writ petition has been achieved as the birth certificate has been issued in favour of the petitioner's daughter. A copy of the birth certificate has
also been placed before this Court by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. Since, the birth certificate has been issued, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. After recording the fact, that the birth certificate has been issued, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
