The present prayer in the criminal original petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 19.01.2018 passed in C.MP.No.6561 of 2017 in STC.No.274 of 2017, on the file of the Fast Track, Magisterial Level No.II, Poonamallee, Thiruvallur District.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal original petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
