PRAYER:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents their men, agent, representatives, or any body on their behalf from registering the document in respect of properties situated at Pappireddypatti Village, Natham S.No.19/5A, Sub Division No.250/2 in extent of 769.5 Sq.ft and property situated at Pattukonampatti Village in S.No.28/5, Hectare 0.43.0, as per new Survey No.28/5A, hectare 0.41.5, in extent of 1312.5 Sq.ft.
