This Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case pending in Crime No. 425 of 2024 on the file of Inspector of Police, Manavala Nagar Police Station, Tiruvallur District to some other competent agency.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and charge has been filed before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvallur District on 06.02.2025. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the respondent in Crime No.425 of 2024. Hence, the transfer of investigation does not arise.
