This petition has been filed for cancellation of the bail granted to the respondent by the learned Vacation Judge, (Criminal Side at Thiruvallur) in Crl.M.P.No.1378 of 2015 dated 27.05.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner was detained under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

3. Since the petitioner has been detained under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
