ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second Respondent to refund to the Petitioner the amount of Rs.2,67,87,180/- deposited by the Petitioner during the investigation/show cause stage.
2.This Court vide order dated 29.11.2023 made in W.P.No.4005 of 2022 had already quashed the show cause notice issued by the second respondent and therefore, the petitioner is entitled for refund of a sum of Rs.2,67,87,180/- along with eligible rate of interest and the said exercise has to be carried by the respondents within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs. 29.11.2023 (7/7) pgp 3/4
