To quash the case in crime No.495 of 2021 dated 31.08.2021 pending on the file of the first respondent, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

sms 2.When the matter is takenup for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that in this case, investigation has been completed and final report also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.136 of 2022.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition, if any, is closed.
