[Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the victim girl namely Swathi, D/o.Suresh, aged about 19 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that detenue is with the grandmother, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
