ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 12.01.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences under Sections 419, 465, 467, 468, 474 read with 34 of IPC in Cr.No.134 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is arrayed as A4 in this case. The allegation is that the property belongs to the defacto complainant. A1 impersonated himself as original owner, executed a settlement deed in favour of his wife A2 and thereafter, A2 has given a power of attorney to A3, who is driver of the petitioner and when the same was questioned by the defacto complainant, he has given evasive reply. Based on the complainant given by the defacto complainant, the crime has been registered against the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court after elaborate consideration granted interim bail to the petitioner on 02.03.2021. He would further submit that the petitioner after grant of interim bail did not violate any of the conditions and he is also regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Government Advocate also did not dispute the facts submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 5.In view of the above, the interim bail granted to the petitioner by this Court on 02.03.2021 is made absolute and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
