This petition has been filed against the order dated 19.06.2015 passed in C.M.P.No.4929 of 2015 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram, whereby the private complaint filed by Mrs.Kavitha -respondent herein was forwarded to the Inspector of Police,C.C.B Vepery Police Station, Chennai under Section 300 of Cr.P.C and to file report within 3 months.

2. Both the learned counsels for the petitioner and the respondent are absent.

the said complaint and the same is closed as a 'mistake of fact'.

4. Recording the same, nothing survives in this matter and this Criminal Revision Petition is closed. Consequently, connected M.P is closed.
