Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 10.02.2021 made in Na.Ka.No.01/2021 on the file of the Revenue Inspector, Melur, Coonoor Taluk, The Nilgiris District, the 4th respondent herein and quash the same.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Pursuant to order passed by this Court, the court-appointed Commissioner, Sri.S.Gunasekaran, Advocate, has prepared and submitted a report dated 30.03.2021, which is on record.

2. In view of the report and in view of further inspections, learned State Government Pleader has been given instructions vide letter dated 14.10.2024 by Tahsildar, Coonoor, who is Respondent No.3, that the impugned notice dated 10.02.2021 will be withdrawn. Copy of the

instructions, which is given to Court, is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

3. Sri.Edwin Prabakar states that the notice will be withdrawn within one week from the date this order is uploaded. Statement is accepted as an undertaking to the Court. In view thereof, nothing would survive in the writ petition.
