These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 128 days in filing the L.R.Petition in the above C.R.P.No.3377 of 2018 for the first respondent; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent viz., D.Nalini and to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent as respondents 14 & 15 in the above C.R.P.No.3377 of 2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the records.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to allow these petitions.

4. Having accepted the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the condone delay petition, the aforesaid delay of 128 days in filing the L.R.Petition in the above C.R.P.No.3377 of 2018 is condoned. Consequently, the petitions filed for setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent viz., D.Nalini and to bring on record legal heirs of the deceased first respondent as respondents 14 & 15 in the above C.R.P.No.3377 of 2018 are also allowed. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
