This petition is filed to implead the petitioner/proposed respondent-5 as the fifth respondent in the above Crl.O.P.No.1123 of 2023.

2.In the circumstances stated in the affidavit, having satisfied with the reasons stated for impleading the proposed respondent as fifth respondent in Crl.O.P.No.1123 of 2023, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to implead proposed respondent as fifth respondent in Crl.O.P.No.1123 of 2023.

3.Issue notice to proposed fifth respondent, returnable in three weeks.

4.Post the matter after vacation, for filing counter.
