Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent herein to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 25.01.2017 sent for rectifying the mistake occurred during UDR Scheme and taken on file in Na.Ka.No.30989/2017/J2 in accordance with law and within a stipulated period.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the first respondent herein to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 25.01.2017 sent for rectifying the mistake occurred during UDR Scheme and taken on file in Na.Ka.No.30989/2017/J2 in accordance with law. 2.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents 1 to 3 and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 10.05.2021 at 3.00 p.m at the office of the DRO, first respondent herein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the first respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the the representation of the petitioner dated 25.01.2017 through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks after the conclusion of the General Elections to the Legislative Assembly - 2021. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
